Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Balances remaining in accounts suspended due to violations may be frozen for the duration of the investigation.
If an account is closed at the user's request, account data will be retained in accordance with the applicable data retention policy. Users whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not entitled to re-register without written permission from bokepindo1. Decisions to suspend or close an account made on the basis of evidence of violations are final and binding.
